HR professionals weigh in on mental health at work.

The Society of Human Resource Management has released its 2025 Highlights on Workplace Mental Health. Great information can be found by clicking this link and reviewing their infographic’s detailing of their findings. Some interesting trends were identified. Workload was the biggest driver of burnout at work. Feeling fulfilled at work was one of the most impactful drivers for having a sense of wellbeing at work. Happily, many more organizations are focusing on preventing mental health and emotional health problems, and found that in by doing so, they were able to greatly increase engagement and morale at work (as well as productivity and reduced turnover among other things).
